British Swim School at PS16 – Jersey City-Paulus Hook

Swimming survival lessons have never been easier or more fun for both my kids. I can’t thank their teachers enough for their kindness, patience and perseverance to help them understand and master water survival concepts! My daughters teacher Gabby when she moved on to Minnow is ALSO SOOOOO AMAZING

Kids been in British swim in ps16 for months and we are very happy with the progress. They love Ms Tiara and improve so much and so fast under her guidance. She’s friendly but firm, and has a way with the kids. Another shout out for Ms Chrysler who is so fun and energetic and kids enjoy and laugh in the pool with her! Other teachers are also very nice too. Staff are so friendly and helpful :) always trying to find best solution for us and I really appreciate it. Definitely recommend this swim school in the 07302 area!

My husband and I have been trying to learn swimming for a very long time and have tried a couple of instructors in a facility close by. The service was so terrible that we lost a couple of thousands of dollars and couldn’t even float. British Swim School has been a swimming life changer. We could do the basic arms and legs independently in the second session itself and we are hopeful again. The instructors Rose, Tiara and the Deck Ambassador Sally are AMAZING!!! Rose and Tiara are patient and know what they are doing. Sally is always welcoming and very very accommodating with the make up sessions and cancellations. We were thinking of changing the location to another one for weekday classes but these gals kept us hooked and we continue to go to PS16 location even though we are paying a little more than other locations ;). But it’s totally worth it!

The British Swim School program at PS 16 in Jersey City is exceptional! The instructors are incredibly patient and encouraging, creating a safe and supportive environment for the kids to learn and enjoy swimming. My child's confidence and skills have improved significantly, and they look forward to every session. Highly recommended for any young swimmer!

Great staff; excellent methodology for getting little ones comfortable with water! Highly recommend Melissa, who has been so patient, kind and creative all while keeping a great sense of humor to engage our child with the water.
